Tradingrobot.trade Supports the user with the questions related with actual software aspects and usage, except.: questions about usage of MT4 platform, or any other platform, or other problems which are not related with our files.
tradingrobot.trade does not take any responsibility with any kind of loss you may experience during trading in your live accounts with our software.
Every signle software package (1 package) licensed per 1 PC (or 1 VPS), and includes 2 activations totally (demo plus real account). The number of software activations in excess of 2 requires the purchase of an additional (or new) license.
Each computer on which the software will be installed must have a separate license.
Every signle software package includes 1 time install service provided via remote access (teamviewer etc.) and 1-year technical support.
This means that extra connections via remote access (more then 1 time connection that included into a package) and support after 1 year period could be provided for extra charge.
Sharing in any web community is illegal.
User has a right to request the software files if one make the payment and payment was processed by Tradingrobot.trade and did not received it automatically.
If user bought EA it is his own responsibility to use it just for personal use only!
Software test results may be different because of constant economic changes, as well as different brokers have different settings such as spread and history data.
No refunds/cancelation are possible because:
1) since this software profitability depends on users own experience and knowledge when trading in all kind of financial markets.
2) this is software/digital goods, once they are received by user it is not possible to return it.
3) user gets full information about the software and is warned about trading in such markets.
4) this is part of developer authority work which can be illegally copied and then return is not possible.
The warranty period for the software product is set at 6 months from the date of delivery of the software product to the buyer.
Once the user has received the software product (or download link), returns, refunds and cancellations are not possible because:
1) since this software profitability depends on users own experience and knowledge when trading in all kind of financial markets.
2) this is software/digital goods, once they are received by user it is not possible to return it.
3) user gets full information about the software and is warned about trading in such markets.
4) this is part of developer authority work which can be illegally copied and then return is not possible.
The product (or download link) is delivered to the user via e-mail.
If the software product purchased by the client on our site does not work on the client's PC (VPS, trading terminal, broker, etc.) for a reason not related to the software product itself, including reasons such as specific settings for the client's trading account, spread, automatic and/or manual trading is disabled or blocked on the trading account, broker, the client uses a trading account that is not suitable for the software product, low margin, and other reasons not related to the software product itself, in all these cases a return is not possible, the order cannot be canceled.
